Roumeli restaurant is a familybusiness and has been established in Corfu, offering genuine recipes of Roumeli cuisine.
Certainly cuisine that all Greeks love: roasted meat and grills on charcoal kokoretsi, kontosouvli on the spit and of
course chortopites(vegetable pies).
The mamagers Vangelis and Anna Maria know that the secret of success apart from the art of
baking is also the excellent quality of meat.
Vangelis grew up in family of cattle-breeders and this experience gave him the possibility to distinguish the best and tastiest meat.
